I am a member of the State Bar of Texas (admitted 1974).  I am admitted to practice before the State courts of Texas, the United States Courts for the Western District of Texas, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. I am a member of the Austin Bar Association and the American Bankruptcy Institute. I have practiced law as a member of a small law firm or as a sole practitioner in Austin, Texas, since June of 1976.

Education: Texas Christian University (B.A., 1971); University of Texas at Austin (J.D., 1974).

Practice areas: commercial dispute resolution; collections; and business and personal bankruptcy (representing debtors and creditors, consumers and businesses). 

I am Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law (since 1989) by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. I hold no other specialization certifications.
