I represent individuals and businesses in commercial disputes, seeking winning resolutions by negotiation, arbitration, or litigation in Texas State courts or in federal courts. I assist both debtors and creditors in bankruptcy matters. Not limiting my practice to one side or the other prepares me to better serve my clients, whether they are owed money, are the targets of unjust claims, or simply need shelter from creditors' claims.

When I represent debtors and recommend bankruptcy relief, I am a "Debt Relief Agency" as defined by federal law (11 U.S.C. Sec. 528 (effective October 16, 2005)), and I may provide services or benefits to my clients with respect to bankruptcy relief under Title 11 of the United States Code. When appropriate, I help people file for relief under the Bankruptcy Code.
